60’s pysch rock DJ surprise

What a surprise to find this character of a DJ playing great music at an otherwise boring bar.
I was back in my old neighborhood waiting on some friends who were late by an hour or so for a birthday diner. So, sucker for nostalgia like I am, I went over to my first apartment in NYC and walked into the neighborhood bar at the base of the building. Now, this bar is kinda boring and usually full of stuffy middle aged people. But I went in there nonetheless to enjoy a cheap beer and a bit of street watching as I waited for my friends to show up.
I didn’t realize as I walked in but there was this funky, out of place dude in there with a laptop in the corner. I would later find out that he was responsible for the outrageously awesome 60s psychedelic rock music that swept me up and spun me out in spirals down memory lane. I still can’t explain this seemingly unrelated flyer you handed me. Maybe you do yoga too? Maybe its not supposed to make sense? Maybe i just don’t get it? I don’t know really, but you certainly spiced up that rinky dink middle-aged bar with some spectacular sounds.
Thanks for the trip dude.
