design fail: I Lost Me Meth

Seriously? I found this coaster at a bar in San Diego. Pardon the wrinkled and tattered appearance. Considering the level of fun that night, its impressive this thing even made it out alive. Its employs a hilariously ineffective design. I swear, the first time I looked at this thing it read, “I lost me METH.” As in this poor dude had misplaced his stash of methamphetamines and was really bummed and somber about it. I’ve since showed to a few other people who also read it like I did at first. Its a pretty crappy design job for a cause that is trying to make a very clear point. Live and learn.
